Policies, Terms and Condition of the Friendship-Connect Club

a.  The Friendship-Connect Club (F-CC) and its host have zero tolerance for spaming and unscrupulous intents. 

b.  F-CC  will not tolerate abuse of membership privileges by giving out information of a member's portfolio (other than elements posted on the site, which are only for club promotional purposes via the World Wide Web of the Internet and related resources) that may contain personal (member authored releasable data by F-CC to other authorized members of F-CC) data such as F-CC member's  mailing address, e-mail address, telephone etc.

c.  By joining the Friendship-Connect Club members agree to provide truthful information about themselves such as their legal full name, age, date of birth, country of birth, current country residing in, present mailing address, e-mail address (optional),  marital status (optional) , and telephone numbers (optional).   Members agree to submit a current photo of themselves (full body shot).

e.  Members understand and agree that membership is on a by-monthly basis and can be terminated by a  member anytime that they wish to terminate their membership agreement in one of the following manners:

1.  By notifying the Friendship-Connect Club in writing by the 15th of the month of membership.

2.  By discontinuing monthly specified dues (automatic termination) in effect at the time, on or before the 1st of every month.

f.  Members agree that all submitted photos of themselves become the sole property of the club and will not be returned.  By signing and placing requested information about themselves on the back of the photos submitted members give the club permission to post submissions to include submitted information on any Internet Site and links associated with the club.

g.  The Friendship-Connect Club reserves the rights to discontinue membership at anytime without notice for conduct that it feels violates club policies, guidelines and for any other reason it sees fit without notice.

h.  Members agree to pay monthly dues on or before 1st of every month.

i.  Members agree to pay club dues by international bank draft, bank to bank transfer or via money-gram.

j.  Member agrees the he or she is of legal age as applicable of the laws of the land of their  country respectively.

h.  Although safeguards are implemented against members private information, Friendship-Connect Club members do not and will not in the future, hold the Friendship-Connect Club responsible for any provided information about themselves falling into a third party's hands.  The member of the Friendship-Connect Club agrees to never bring any type of legal action against the Club for the lost of private submitted information to a third party etc.

k.  Members understand the goals of the club and understand that any positive or what may seem negative aspects of a friendship between members are solely the responsibility of each member and not that of the Friendship-Connect Club once the initial connection is made.  However, Friendship-Connect will attempt to assist its members reach a member to whom contact was lost for a reasonable amount of time ( in some cases a small fee may be applied for a search of a lost contact member service). 

j.  REFUND POLICY - Because club dues are applied to the maintenance of club support functions, personnel service fees, web site via Friendship-Connect Club's (F-CC) equipment that support site updates etc.  F-CC has a no refund policy.  However, if a member does not receive an initial ( meaning only the first time contact) response from a requested fellow member through no fault of their own; F-CC will provide as a replacement, an additional  authorized releasable  informational portfolio of another F-CC's member to contact for each negative contact. The choice for such replacement options are at the discretion of the F-CC.

h. F-CC members agree to abide  by the laws of their respective country and all applicable laws covering joining and associating with the theme of the F-CC members from around the world. 

i.  Because of the exploitation of children F-CC can not accept applicants and or photos of anyone under the age of 18.  A photo copy proof of age must accompany an F-CC request for membership in the of a driver's license, birth certificate, passport etc.  

j.  F-CC will  accept and act upon any information and or complaints that anyone may perceive as questionable, offensive and may be in violation of its state and or country law report  Although F-CC can not accept responsibility for the action of a citizen of a particular country, F-CC will accept and take appropriate measure to discontinue membership of any individual that a country feels is inappropriate (must be a legal representative /official of the country of concern) and or feels that the Friendship-Connect Club theme is not in the best interest of their citizen for what ever reason can contact Cyber Knight 5 who will then discontinue by not accepting renewal membership and accepting no future membership from that country.  Friendship-Connect will research such comments or questions and take the appropriate action to correct any unintentional shortcomings to ensure compliance with any laws in effect covering the theme and contents of the club.  Friendship-Connect accepts no responsibility for any misrepresentation of any personal facts about its members that are submitted by its members.

k.  Because some Internet bandits click and steel photos without permission from the source host, only the first name of a member (nick names authorized only for web site posting not on club membership application of request) will be posted a Friendship-Connect Club web site or affiliate web site; to help ensure member's rights and privacy are maintain.  This practice is to help ensure that F-CC members are provided a safeguard of sorts from people who would gather and misuse any available information of a member for their own agenda.   Friendship-Connect Club will try its best to  ensure the utter most privacy of its members by providing personal (authorized and releasable) data information of a member only to other certified club members without the member's permission to release such data. 

l.  Friendship-Connect Club reserves the rights to change/amend any contents its terms, conditions and policy without notice.
